Clarification of anti-corruption legislation/ fostering of anti-corruption institution capacity

This project is a pilot one. Its goals are to provide aid in identification of problematic and unclear provisions in anti-corruption legislation, and in identification of capacity level of anti-corruption institutions. As a pilot one, this project comprises of two round tables dealing with following issues: legislation in conflict of public and private interest area; the capacity of institutions within the public procurement system in Serbia .
