Daily paper Politika published text of Transparency Serbia’s Program Director, Mr Nemanja Nenadic, about issues that were brought by provision of article 5 of Constitutional Law, where among other things the necessity of harmonization of regulations that regulate constitutional “right to information” and “appointment  of organ that monitors implementation of this right” is stated.
