Constitutional Law and election of Commissioner

On the occasion of announcements that implementation of Constitutional Law could be used as reason for resolving of Commissioner for Information of Public Importance, organization Transparency Serbia prepared legal analysis and suggestions of basis for interpreting duties of National Assembly regarding the interpretation of certain provisions of article 5 of the Constitutional Law, which we delivered to peoples deputies.

Elaborated suggestions and analysis are made not only with the intention to keep and promote reached level of practicing right to access information but to point out to deputies to content of their obligations from Constitutional Law.

Same text we sent to president and secretary of National Assembly, leaders of deputies' group and relevant parliamentary committees, judges of Constitutional court and director of Republic Secretariat for Legislation.
