Organization Transparency Serbia invites you to attend press conference:

 

Parliamentary elections’ campaign financing November 2006 – January 2007

Which will take place at the premises of the organization, Despota Stefana street (29. Novembra) no 36, on Friday, February 9th 2007, with the beginning at 11 o'clock

 

Conference themes:

 

  • Important characteristics of the election campaign 2006/2007 significant for its financing
  • So far procedures of state organs regarding campaign financing (Ministry of Finances, REC, RBA)

 

  • Assets secluded from the budget for campaign financing
  • Presentation of preliminary information of Transparency Serbia – estimation of amount of certain important expenditures in the election campaigns of political parties, coalitions and citizens' groups (TV station advertising, printed media advertising, billboard advertising, renting of space etc.)

 

  • Legal obligations of campaign participants (limited expenses, limitations regarding collecting the assets) and state organs

  
Presentation is planed to last until 11.25, after which is anticipated time for questions and cocktail.

Prof Vladimir Goati, President, and Mr Nemanja Nenadic, Program Director of organization Transparency Serbia are the presenters and will answer the questions of guests.

All guests will get prepared materials with preliminary data related to estimation of amount of certain important expenditures in election campaign, with explanations.
