This election campaign was the chance for important participants of political scene to give, once more, promises to fight corruption. At this press conference we will shortly look back to what certain parties promised regarding fight against corruption, and present Transparency Serbia's views on what parliamentary political parties even now (before establishing of ruling coalition) can do to acknowledge their readiness to fight corruption.
At the press conference we will suggest activities which political parties could undertake regarding:
- Providing of insight of public into data on campaign financing
- Providing of signing of agreement between political parties that constitutional guarantee of deputies' and other state officials' immunity, anticipated with article 103., won't be used as a barrier for investigating of existence of criminal responsibility for acts with elements of corruption
